• We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms without prior notice.

2. Products

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color or size may occur.

• Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you for an exchange or refund.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and other online payment methods offered at checkout.

• For COD orders, customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping

• We deliver through TCS, with standard delivery times of 4–7 working days.

• Shipping delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day return policy (customer bears shipping cost).

• Return shipping cost will only be covered by us if the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

• Refunds/exchanges are processed after the returned item is inspected.

6. Sale Items

• Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (logo, designs, images, text) is the property of Kheench and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Kheench shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
