Exchange and Return Policy

At Kheench, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer easy exchanges and returns.

Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size or product changes (subject to stock availability).

• The process and conditions are the same as returns.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason.

2. Our team will confirm your request and guide you through the process.

3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Important Notes

• Sale and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless defective).

• Refunds will be made in the original payment method (for COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer).
